Chunky Monkey Protein Shake
Need a quick energy-fueled meal or snack on the run? This is my go-to for even the pickiest kid!
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 banana
3/4 cup almond milk (chocolate is a kid favourite)
1 tbsp nut butter or chia seeds
Optional: 1/4 tbsp of cinnamon (helps balance blood sugar)
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute on high
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
