Chunky Monkey Protein Shake

Need a quick energy-fueled meal or snack on the run? This is my go-to for even the pickiest kid!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 1 banana

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (chocolate is a kid favourite)

  • 1 tbsp nut butter or chia seeds

  • Optional: 1/4 tbsp of cinnamon (helps balance blood sugar)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute on high

  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
