Chia Pudding

Chia seed pudding is a super-tasty and extremely easy way to sneak healthy fats into your kid’s diet. Chia seeds are filled with omega-3 fatty acids — the good fats that promote brain, heart and joint health and aid in memory.

Chia pudding is also high in protein and packed with fiber, so it's a great way to start any day. The best part about chia pudding? It only takes a few minutes to prep, 10-15 minutes of rest time, and then you have a delicious breakfast ready for you!

You can also add kid-friendly topping such as:

  • Fruit puree or jam

  • Sliced kiwi, banana, or peaches

  • Berries

  • Granola/muesli

  • Banana, maple syrup & cinnamon

  • Toasted Nuts

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup Chia seeds

  • 1 ½ Cups Almond milk or full cream milk

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup 100% pure

  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a 2 cup capacity jar and leave overnight in the fridge

  2. Serve as it is or add toppings above or your kid’s own creation!
